History
Every day except Mondays, we offer tours of the monastery to share its history. Throughout the year, we organise special events such as lecture series and historical celebrations, such as the arrival of the Tumbo de Castilla from the National Historical Archive, commemorating the 850th anniversary in 2024 of the donation of the castle and town to the Order of Santiago. Or the commemoration in 2025 of the 851st anniversary of the Bull granted by Pope Alexander III officially recognising the Order of Santiago as a military and canonical organisation.
Daily passes from Tuesday to Sunday Mornings: 10:30 and 12:00. Afternoons: 16:00 and 17:30. Closed on Mondays.
12 € (IVA and handling fees included). Group rates: call 969 135 058 for further information.
